Lose 5 Kilos in a Week

We have already spoken about losing 5 kilos in 14 days, so for those of us that are really serious or desperate to lose weight, let's make a bigger effort and lose 5 kilos in a week.
I know what you are thinking. It's too hard, or I heard that is dangerous, but I am here to tell you that I disagree with that. It's how you actually go about weight loss that really counts. You can lose 5 kilos in a week, safely, provided you do not have any pre-existing medical conditions.
If you are like I was, BIG, then it does not really take a whole lot of effort to lose 5 kilos in a week. All I did was to get off my backside and actually do something. So for the bigger guys and girls, just do something and watch the weight disappear. I think if you followed the suggestions on how to lose 5 kilos in 14 days then you might surprise yourself and do it the first week.
Just try what I have recommended in the past.
o Walk for 30 minutes a day or,
o Cycle for 30 minutes a day or,
o Swim for 30 minutes a day or,
o Box for 30 minutes a day.
o Stop sticking rubbish in your mouth
o Drinks lots of water and absolutely no soft drinks
o If you can't stop drinking beer, then cut back or try low carb beer.
OK now for the rest of us who really only want to or need to lose 5 kilos in a week, here is what I could recommend you do, the safe way.
Actually weight loss is rather simple. No one said it was easy though. It's a simple matter of burning more calories than you are sticking in your mouth.
The first thing to do to lose 5 kilos in a week is to follow the suggestions I made for our larger friends. STOP putting empty calories in your mouth and yes, you guessed it, EXERCISE.
It can be done safely, I know because I did it myself and I actually lost a lot more than 5 kilos in a week.
Let's firstly look at diet.
OK you only have a week to lose 5 kilos so a little bit of will power will go a long way.
o Try eating nothing but fruit and vegetables for a week. Juicing them is even better
o Eat 6 smaller meals a day and snack on fruit between meals if you get hungry.
o If you really must have meat, try to minimise the amounts and times you eat it. Cut off all the fat and steam it if you can.
o You can still drink coffee in moderation as it is a stimulant, but just BLACK.
o Make sure you have your breakfast and get plenty of sleep.
o Drink lots of water.

Now comes the harder part, the exercise. But if you really want to lose 5 kilos in a week, it's worth it. Cardio work is my secret.
o Cycle for 1 hr a day or,
o Walk for 1 hr a day - that's walking fast people, not strolling or,
o Row for 1 hr a day or,
o Swim for 1 hr a day.
Better still do a combination. Try and cycle for 7 minutes, then row for 7 minutes, then walk for 7 minutes, then box for 7 minutes all with only a 1 minute break in between. Do 2 sets or better still if you can, do 3 sets.
If you follow this plan I am sure you will lose 5 kilos in a week, maybe more. I will expand on this further in later articles.
