Lose 5 Kilos Eating Fruit

Is it really possible to lose 5 pounds from eating fruits? Of course it is.

How many overweight vegetarians do you see? Not much, I think. Now I'm not saying that you turn vegetarian to lose 5 kilos. But if you're like me and want to lose 5 kilos as quickly as possible and not make you sick in the process, so what better way to eat healthy for a week.

Be sure to start your day with a good serving of fruit for breakfast. You can cut apples, oranges and maybe some bananas. I suggest you eat until you are full and drink plenty of water. This alone will help you lose 5 pounds if you do nothing. But we want quick results.

For lunch, I eat other fruit. Perhaps a mixture of melons and grapes would be good. If you lose five pounds, then you can also enjoy what you eat and not get bored with it.
