Last Sunday, I lost 107.6 pounds. I can honestly tell you that it was not difficult. I know this is because I do not feel deprived and I'm not denying that I (and not only eat salads!). How do I do this? Making small changes in my habits and small changes to my routine. The kind of things that will last a lifetime.
I do not force fit a list of "rules" that do not work for me. I took a look at my reality, and I have spent the last fourteen months adjust accordingly in order to promote a healthy lifestyle. I list here 20 simple steps you have taken to start losing weight. Pick one and start your own journey.
